We've started a new Saturday tradition. We spent the morning sleeping in as much as possible, then we have a small breakfast and then head out to the local park for an hour. D really loves it. The park we found has a splash pad there that is totally badass, as Dechlan would say. Then we go for a bite to eat and then we go to the local cheap movie theater and catch a kid friendly flick. Last week we saw Brave and today we went to see The Lorax.
It's the perfect way to spend a Saturday. Perfect family time. Dechlan loves going to the movies now. I'm not sure what we will see next week though.

I think new traditions are awesome!
James and I had a tradition.. Every Sunday mornings I make breakfast and then we eat breakfast and watch Sunday morning cartoons lol Unfortunately this year he is away for most of the year but I am keeping up the tradition on my own lol
