T'was The Week Before Christmas

T'was the week before Christmas and this mama realised that she hasn't figured out what to make for Christmas. I'm known to make cupcakes but this year I want to make something new. I'm not sure what I'm going to make! I will be making red velvet cake balls as gifts. I'm thinking Friday I will make the cake balls and keep them in the fridge until Sunday. I've never made them before so if they don't turn out, I still have time to fix it or make something new.

I might end up making gingerbread cupcakes to bring to Christmas dinner. Who knows. I have a few days to go through my cookbooks and blogs I follow to find something.

I'm really excited that Christmas is 1 week away. Dechlan is even more excited than anyone. I can't wait to see his face as he opens his gifts.
