Canada's Army Walk

Hey guys,

Nick and I and a few other military members/families I know are doing the Army Run on September 18th 2011 in Ottawa, Ontario.

As you know, Nick is a member of the Canadian Forces. We are raising money and running/walking in support of two wonderful foundations, Soldier On and Military Families Fund. Both are very important to me.

Soldier On is a charity to help Soldiers that have been injured physically and mentally. It's so important for those who have fought for us to get the help they need. If you would like to read more check out this link :Soldier On

Military Families Fund is very special to me as well. It's a charity that raises money to help the families of Soldiers that have come by hard times. Here is the link if you'd like to read more about it:
